Login to Vietnix Cloud Console

Retrieving Your Vietnix Cloud Account Access​

For security reasons, Vietnix Cloud does not send you the password. You need to get it by yourself through the steps below. This guide maybe incomfortable for new users. For any support, please contact Vietnix Support.

Step to get your password​

  1. Go to Vietnix Portal.

  2. Navigate to Services > My Services.

  3. Click on your Vietnix Cloud service to open the service details. Service Details

  4. After scrolling down, you will see the Management Panel section. Click on the Login Restrictions. Login Restrictions

  5. In new tab, you will see the Project-User section, with your username and 2 buttons. Project User

  6. Click on the Temporary Access button (🗝) to get a temporary access. Temporary Access

  7. A popup will appear with information: "Receive a temporary password valid only for the selected duration to ensure access is granted only when needed, significantly increasing security."

    • You can select the duration for the temporary password (1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours) by dropping down the menu. Select Duration
    • Click Confirm to proceed.

    You can select enabled to make your account always active, but this is not recommended for security reasons.

  8. After confirming, a new popup will appear with your temporary password. Temporary Password

    Warning

    You must copy the temporary password immediately, as it will not be shown again.

  9. Now you can log in to the Vietnix Cloud Console at https://console.vietnix.cloud/ using your username and the temporary password you just obtained. Vietnix Cloud Console Login

    • Password: The temporary password you just obtained

After during the selected duration, the temporary password will expire, your account will be automatically disabled, and you will need to repeat the steps above to get a new temporary password. Temporary Password Expired

Secure Your Account​

To lock your console account immediately, you can use the Secure Account button (🔒). Secure Account

This action will disable your account immediately, and you will need to repeat the steps above to get a new temporary password to regain access. Account Secured
